About me

Hi it's Paola here! I am a Professional Dancer graduated in Contemporary Dance, Stunt Performer and Fitness Coach passionated about nutrition, wellness and Women's Health. 

My dance journey comes from different backgorunds, however I am currently developing my career within the Waacking scene in London. I consider myself not only as a Waacker, but as an artistic mover. I find dance as a way of communicating and expressing individuals feelings and emotions. 

Regarding my Stunt career, I discovered the uniqueness of being a strong performer through high intensity training. My path as a Stunt Woman has brought me self-confidence, strength and discipline as well as a high skilled career. 

My mission as a Fitness Coach not only is to help you achieve your goals, but to motivate you to take your mind-body to the next level, stronger, healthier and happier.
