Women's Fight Club
Women's Fight Club is a monthly program running weekly. Enjoy 2 hours of physical activity every Saturday morning from 10AM until 12PM. We will work through different Martial Arts and conditioning training to improve strength, mobility and flexibility.
This training program is mainly designed for women who want to take their mind-body to the next level. The purpose is to help individual females achieve their goals, build their confidence and improve their physical condition.
As part of the package you will have access to the Women's Wellness Collective. A great opportunity to be part of a female community, support each other, work as a team and reach your goals.
